All items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Delivery times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after production.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays are outside our control, but we’re always here to help if something seems off.
Return & Exchange Policy
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as expected, please start a return request within 14 days by emailing support@heymrbones.com with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue if possible.
After reviewing your request, we’ll provide next steps and work quickly to make things right—typically with a replacement or similar solution.
